Additional Information:
This is a nice little 24″ marching bass drum! Overall it is in really good shape and has been sitting a while so it could use some clean up. The only noticeable damage to the instrument is at the hoops where the hoops clearly did not have their protectors on for when the sticks would strike the hoops. This caused chipping in the edge of the hoops in that spot (see pictures). The rest of the hoops are still in good shape and are actually still in round. There is some wear along the edging of the hoops potentially from additional stick marks as they were trying not to chip away at the normal strike spots. The heads are in good used condition. If you find yourself in need of some marching bass drum this is a great option! You could put some of the protectors on the hoops to help extend the life of the current hoops.

There are 8 lugs. The lug screws are not guaranteed to be original.
There are not any lug screws missing.
Hoops:
Medium general wear (slightly out of round, edge dents, and/or physical issues) each hoop has been chipped away where the sticks would have come into contact for stick marking. Normally you now would see people put protectors over the hoops in those spots so that when the sticks strike the hoops it is not damaging the wood and instead would be hitting a brace. These did not have those braces as you can see in pictures.

Incomplete Return:
The item will be inspected upon return and if any original parts or pieces are missing you will be contacted to send the missing items back.  If you are unable to return the missing item/part, you forfeit the refund.  All partial items that have been returned will also be forfeited and will be the property of Musical Instrument City.

Damage during Outbound Shipping:
In the unfortunate chance your item is damaged, the following procedure must be followed exactly in order to process a refund. Failure to comply with the following procedures constitutes a violation of the return policy and therefore a refund will not be given. Please contact us immediately. Save everything, including the box, packing materials, and shipping label. Without the original box and packing materials, a claim cannot be made, and a refund will not be issued. Take a full set of pictures so the damage can be assessed. Don’t send anything back yet until we contact our insurance company.  We will tell you when you may ship the item back.  Please see instructions for return shipping below. If it is determined that the item was damaged in shipping, we will send you a return shipping label via eBay Messages.  Refunds will not be issued for merchandise, which has been damaged while in your possession.

Damage during Return Shipping:
The item will be inspected upon return and if the item is damaged during return shipping, we will contact you so you can file an insurance claim.  Because you are the shipper, we cannot initiate a claim.  Depending upon how much damage was sustained you may only get a partial refund or no refund due to the damage.
Instructions for Return Shipping:

Be sure all original parts of the item purchased are included before you return it.

In order to receive a refund our policy requires you to put insurance on the item for its return shipping.

Please use the original packing material and box.  Please use original packing material inside the case around the item.  Also use the original packing material around the case in the box to protect the item from shipping damage. If your item does not have a case, please use all packing material that the item came with to protect the item from shipping damage.

Uninsured packages or items shipped “COD” or “Shipping Due” will be refused and a refund will not be issued.

Once the item is received, we will conduct a physical inspection. This inspection will determine your eligibility for a refund.
