This contract is dated January 31, 1955, and is concerning an engagement at Beauclerc Country Club, Jacksonville, Florida.
The contract is signed however it is unknown if Tommy Dorsey actually signed or if it was signed by a secretary (which was very common).
It is double-sided and includes all employees listed on the back.

We do not add any profit margin to shipping and handling, but we do recoup our costs for the material going into the packaging. This minimal cost is included in the shipping rate shown above.
