Schedule and Process:

the product is damaged, or defective, it can be returned/exchanged within 30 days. If your return is the result of our error (damaged, defective, incorrect
item, etc.), We will provide a Return-Shipping Label. However, if your return
is not the result of our error, you will be responsible for the return postage
costs, plus if applicable, a restocking fee of 15%.
