BUILD YOUR SYSTEM TODAY WITH OUR SOLAR POOL AUCTION:
All systems need the following:
1.Panels
2. One collector Kit for each panel
3. One system kit for each system
4. One split kit system for each row of panels as well as for extending headers
in case there is a vent between panels
5. At least two check valves (one to prevent back wash into your filter,
another on the return line to your pool…you may chose to have isolation ball
valves as well)
6. One vacuum relief valve normally placed at the highest point above your feed
line)
7. Enough Strapping for three rows to hold the panels down. Normally try to
account for 15 feet per panel (please note that since rolls come in lengths of
100 feet, if you have 150’ of strapping, you still need to purchase 2 one
hundred foot rolls.
8. Automatic control system if you desire an automation or a 3 way valve for
manual use.
Our panels come
in 3 standard sizes:
4×12,
4×10, 4×8
(feet) or
customize it up to 20 feet long. Make sure you measure your roof properly so
that you don’t run out of space. You can mix panel sizes but each time you do,
you will need a Split Kit System (because you are going in and out of PVC
piping to extend your headers). You can also build a rack on the ground. Let us
know if you do and we can send you designs.
Our solar panels
look flat on the outside with the individual water
channels
on the inside of the
main panel body. They have 35% more material and are very sturdy.
You can find the

the way you want to. There is no pressure whatsoever! YOU CHOSE HOW MANY PANELS
AND WHAT SIZE.
Here’s a little
help in sizing your solar panels:
SIZING
and how to calculate how many panels you need:
First you must find the dimensions of your pool in square footage: This is
X
(your total square footage)
Then divide
X
by the
total square footage of the panel size that will fit your roof (either 4×12,
4×10 or 4×8) so if for instance your pool’s total surface area is 400 square
feet and you desire 4×12 panels (because of roof space…you need to make sure
these panels fit properly on your roof, you don’t want more, you don’t want
less), then you divided 400 by 48 which is about 8. This means that you now
need 8 panels to properly heat your pool. It is also referred to as a 100% coverage.
Keep in mind that not every area or climate requires a 100% coverage. Naturally
the more panels you have, the hotter your pool will get. Generally speaking if
your panels face south then a 75% coverage is recommended so in our case
instead of 8 panels…it will be 75% of that which is 8 x .75 = 6…you will
therefore need 6 panels for a 75% coverage. Once you figure out how many panels
you need then you are ready to place your order and start saving by getting our
panels.

Panels may take around fifteen to 20 business days for shipping during swim season, some areas may take longer.
All warranties are
done direct with manufacturer. Our panels are not repairable type as others may
be. We believe repairs do more damage and reduce the efficiency of the panels
and the flow of water as well as tear the panel down. Most times other
manufacturers wont even honor their warranties because they keep telling you to
repair it until the warranty period ends. We don’t think that way. Our panels
have a 30 year track record. How about getting a new panel instead! Just
contact our manufacturer for instructions in case an issue comes up. Our panels
have 35% more material than others. We build them to stay tough and last long.
